The AFR today provided us with another great article singing the praises of mindfulness in business.

At Acuity, we have a deep understanding of this helpful practice that is now taking the world by storm. The Acuity team has long been studying the effect of mindfulness and our personal mindfulness practice is reflected in our business coaching approach.

Acuity offer an adapted version of Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program titled "Mindfulness at Work" which we designed specifically for business. This 8 week program introduces the basics of mindfulness and provides tools which focuses on attention, awareness and action to be used in business and life.
