What is Acuity MD?
Running a business can be a lonely affair. The opportunity to catch up with other business owners is often welcome, but rarely achieved. More difficult still is making time for professional development. Introducing Acuity MD.
Acuity MD is a group forum for business owners, managing directors, or general managers of SMEs. It is not a substitute for Acuity business coaching, but rather an opportunity to bring like-minded business people together. Each group will be limited to 12 participants, and no two competing businesses from the same industry will be allowed in each group.
You don't need to be an Acuity coaching client to participate. In fact, you may wish to undertake a coaching relationship once you have experienced MD.
The specific focus of sessions will be strategic thinking, leadership, personal awareness and business development.
The key to the success of MD is a high degree of self-awareness and understanding. Less time will be spent educating on basic fundamental concepts, and more time driving depth of understanding and challenging participants to extend themselves. Additionally, there will be opportunities to discuss topics in an open forum.
MD will meet for half a day every month, commencing at 1pm and concluding at 4.30pm, followed by drinks.
